

John P. McMahon Began accident reconstruction in 1991 while continuing his work with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department as Deputy Chief. His background is wide and varied including boating accidents in addition to being involved in crash testing and occupant trajectories caused by car collisions since 1988.
C. Dean Brewer began his accident reconstruction career with the municipal police department in Los Angeles County in 1985. He currently supervises the traffic division and has 25 years of investigation experience. He obtained his accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists in 1999. He has training in Motor Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, Motor Cycle, Bicycle, Pedestrian collisions, Scene diagramming, collision animation, and vehicle Inspection. He’s been with Collision Consultants since 2002.
Leroy Short began his career as a CHP Officer in 1967 where he began his Commercial Vehicle Inspections in 2000. Leroy started his own Truck Inspection business as well as Assisting Collision Consultants and Investigation in equipment or Heavy Vehicle inspections.
Frank L. Bell entered the investigation and accident reconstruction field in 1990 while still pursuing a career with San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Sergeant Bell has extensive background in investigations (Homicide) and has participated in crash safety seminars for several insurance companies and attorneys.
